Union Ink Ultrasoft Chrome Yellow
Ultrasoft Series is a very versatile plastisol ink, formulated for direct printing and heat transfer manufacturing. They provide good coverage on light and medium-colored garments. When printing on dark fabrics, an appropriate white underbase is recommended.
Ultrasoft's new formulation helps eliminate press stoppages due to build-up on the backs of screens. As its name indicates this product provides an extremely soft hand and if required can be modified to be even softer by adding compatible softhand extender bases and modifiers. A versatile, easy printing ink with exceptionally soft hand prints.
Product Features:
Curing Temperature: Fusion Temperature 320°. Gel Point Time: 3-4 seconds. Will semi-cure or gel when it reaches 240°- 250°F
Please Note: Containers are filled by weight, not by volume. Ink will not come to the very top of the bucket to allow for expansion.
