Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers: Once you have a registered account on the Synergy Craft's website you will start to earn and accrue Rewards Points, which are then redeemable at the time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Its like getting cash back on every qualified purchase for purchasing the products you already wanted to get.
Earning Reward Points: Rewards can currently be earned simply by doing what you already came here to do, make purchases on qualified products. You can see the point value for every qualified product on the product purchase page. By successfully completing an order the points will automatically be added to your account. Rewards Points are applied on each products price and not on cart total. Furthermore you can earn bonus Rewards Points for completion of approved Product Reviews, Sharing on Social Media and for Subscribing to our Newsletter.
Reward Points Exchange Rates: To properly apply points for your online purchases, you must be logged into your account. The Rewards Points for every eligible product is displayed on the product landing page. The value of reward points are determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points, and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases. The current exchange rate is 100 points = $1.00
Redeeming Reward Points: You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as part of the payment method. The option to use reward points, as well as your credit balance, will be shown to you in the payment area of the checkout process.
Reward Points Minimums and Maximums: Points Rewards may be restricted at a minimum value required for redemption. You will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption. Reward points are never capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued.
Managing My Reward Points: You have the ability to view and manage your points through your customer account dashboard. From your account dashboard you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed.

Returns - Order Cancellations: Any Rewards Points earned for a qualified purchase that is the subject of a return, cancellation or refund will be automatically deducted from your account. If your order has shipped, any Rewards Points redeemed for a cancelled or returned order cannot be re-applied back to your rewards account for any reason. Rewards used on an order that is cancelled (before the item has shipped) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account.
General Provisions: We reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend or restrict the Points Reward Program, your account, the redemption of points, or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. We may make these changes even though such changes may affect your ability to use points already accumulated. You are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. A Member’s points balance, as reflected in our internal company records, shall be deemed correct.
Synergy Craft's may suspend or revoke any account holders membership in the Points Reward Program at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in forfeiture of all accrued points and or the closure of the account in question. Synergy Craft's will make reasonable efforts to award points as outlined above to all registered and qualifying customers, but shall not responsible for any technical or unforeseen errors that may occur.
