Custom DTF Transfers

You must provide a print-ready image that is scaled to the size it will be printed. We will print the image exactly as provided. We do not provide artwork services. We will not alter colors, resize, add text, remove watermarks or modify your images in any manner. What you provide is what you get. Our DTF machines print white ink, if your image has a white background, it will be printed, so be sure your image only has a transparent background.

Please do not mirror your images. Our processing software will take care of it automatically. For the best quality DTF prints we ask that:

• The file must be at least 300 dpi resolution.
• We prefer transparent PNG made in CMYK mode.
• Minimum line thickness of 0.018", 5 pixels at 300 ppi.
• Provide files with transparent backgrounds only.
• Ensure your artwork is free of transparent pixels.
• Art files must be sized to the desired print size. 

The process of printing your transfer does NOT change the quality of the image. We will not be held liable for low-resolution images. If the artwork file you provide is not at least 300 dpi or higher, we will not re-print or refund your order for print quality issues, no exceptions.

Color Information: The DTF printing process utilizes CMYK colors. To have the best color match your art should be created in a CMYK color pallet. Designs created with RGB color codes will automatically be converted to the closest CMYK color available. Please Note: RGB colors may not always convert accurately to CMYK format so your images colors may look different once printed. We will not provide re-prints or refunds for art created in RGB if the colors do not look correct, no exceptions.

Transparent Pixels: A transparent pixel is a semi-colored or transparent area of your artwork. These are frequently caused by background removal sites. Transparent pixels are not visible in the image. The printer does see them and will print them as white. We are not responsible for re-printing due to transparent pixels.

Processing Time: Your finished prints will typically be ready within 1-2 business days.

Please Note: Turnaround time does not begin until we have received print-ready artwork. Processing times are not guaranteed. Trademarked Images: All Sports Teams, Disney, Fashion Brands, Major Company Logos, Screenshots, and watermarked images will NOT be accepted. Orders submitted with these items WILL NOT be printed.
