Laser cut your own shapes with our 3mm 12"x18" double sided MDF sublimation sheets. Our rigid MDF boards are coated with a glossy white material that's super stiff to resists warping when heated. Our sheets also come with a removable ant-scratch protective film.

Our Double-Sided Sublimation MDF sheets have a white specialty coating that provides a professional and vibrant transfer. This material is ideal for laser cutting, we recommend using a Co2 cutter to avoid charring the edges. Create your own sublimation projects such as signs, key-chains, coasters or anything else you want to create.
We suggest cutting your shapes before sublimating your design.

When sublimating large areas of this board we've found that you must reduce the heat and sublimate in 2 steps or the coating will bubble. This is not seen when laser cut into smaller sizes where you can sublimate normally as found with our MDF key chains. If bubbles appear in the coating, reduce temperatures or time.
