Our website is the fastest way to order your supplies and all in stock orders received before 4:00pm EST will ship the same day.

How much is Shipping:

We offer FREE shipping on orders over $59.00. (some restrictions) after discounts/promotions are applied and a Flat Rate of just $7.95 on orders below that amount. Depending on the contents of your order we may ship your order by UPS. Some items on our website may have shipping restrictions such as equipment that is overweight or oversized and may require special shipping services or extra fee's. Items with such requirements will be clearly noted as such on the product ordering page. A shipping quote will be provide upon request.

Customer Pickup Policy

We love to chat with our local customers and have them leisurely browse in our store, but we know sometimes you're in a hurry or just want to get home to play with your stuff. So to make that process easier we offer Customer Pick Up as an option at checkout. Our customer pickup counter is located just inside our front door. Simply present the staff member at the counter with either an order number, or printout of your web invoice. When you arrive to pickup your order please be prepared to show a valid ID card and sign for your order.

Backorders - Out Of Stock Items

Our inventory system is not in real time and while we try our best to keep the website stock status up to date there may be times when items that you have ordered are not available to ship. In the event this happens we will immediately contact you by text message to the cell phone number given when you setup your account. We will ask if you would like to select a substitute product or an alternative color or if you would prefer a store credit.
Please Note: We do not offer the option to place items on a backorder except in the case of special order items or equipment. When an item is marked as out of stock on the product page you can choose "Notify me when this product is in stock" and receive an email notice as soon as we update the stock status.


Same Day Shipping Policy

Shipping Zones

We understand how important it is for our customers to receive their orders in a timely manner, which is why we strive to provide Same Day Shipping for orders placed by 4:00pm Mon-Fri (EST). Orders placed after 4:00pm Eastern, on weekends or on a holiday will be processed on the following business day.

Please Note: Same Day Shipping is not a guaranteed service, however we typically process 98% of our orders the same day and the balance of them within 24 hours.

Some Special Notes About Our Shipping Policy:

  • We will always try our best, but If we fail to ship a valid order within the time-frame stated by our shipping policy, we will upon request credit 100 points to your Points Rewards Account.
  • The day you place your order does NOT count as a shipping day, and shipping cutoff times are based on (EST) Eastern Standard Time.
  • We make every effort to keep our website inventory levels accurate, however If we receive an order for an out of stock item we will contact you to resolve the issue. If you fail to respond quickly it will delay shipment of your order.
  • We are not able to change orders to Free Shipping after an order has been placed. So if your order qualifies for Free Shipping, please be sure to check that option before completing the Checkout process.
  • For what should be obvious reasons, we cannot make an order that is going to be delivered late, on-time. If you need the package delivered quickly you must contact the shipping carrier to make arrangements.
  • We have no control over stated delivery times the carrier provides or ensuring they uphold them, therefore we shall not be liable for any claims of damages, or lost revenues for late deliveries.
  • Typically we use USPS Mail, however we reserve the right to select other carriers and shipping methods as may be required by the contents of your order.
  • Orders are not considered "LOST" if it’s tracking details states the package as “In Transit”. The US Post Office does not consider a package lost unless 15 Days has passed without movement. After this time period we will reship the order upon request, however you must pay for the reshipment. In the event both orders arrive, you will be refunded for one of the orders once we have received it back to our facility.
  • We cannot locate lost packages, no exceptions. So in the event that you claim an order has not been received, but has been marked as "DELIVERED" by the carrier, your sole remedy is to contact the carrier in question and file a claim.

Please Note:

Your Synergy Craft's account billing address must match the billing address for the payment method you use to place the order. Processing of your order may delayed or flagged as possible fraud if they do not match. In cases where your order is flagged for possible fraud we will make every attempt to contact you and validate your order but in such instances we cannot ship your order until we validate your order details. If you are contact by our fraud department please be prepared to validate your account information and credit cards details.

Order Mistakes - Shortages:

Upon receiving your order you must inspect the contents for any shipping mistakes or product shortages and report any such issues within 7 business days from the date of receiving your order. Please note that if an item(s) are on backorder the item will be highlighted on the order receipt enclosed in your shipment. In such cases you do not need to contact us. Synergy Crafts will refuse all claims of shortages or mistakes not made within the specified period.

Understanding Your Shipping Options:

Our $7.95 Flat Rate Shipping: 3-5 Days - Is available to all 50 states, and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico. We typically use USPS Mail, but we reserve the right to select other carriers and methods. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the type of service we selected and the order tracking details. This is NOT a guaranteed service.

Free Priority Shipping: 1-3 Days - Available for most orders over $59.00. This calculation is based on your order subtotal BEFORE applying any coupons, credits or discounts. This option is available to all 50 states, and U.S. Territories such as Puerto Rico. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the order tracking details.This is NOT a guaranteed service.

Expedited Services - At this time we do not offer any expedited services on our website. If you truly require overnight shipping please contact us for a quote after placing your order.

International Shipping - We have found this to be an exceptionally expensive option often costing much more than the orders value, so for this reason we do not offer this service.
