The product I am returning is defective, will you refund my order?
Please Note: We only sell Authentic, Professional grade products manufactured for the commercial industry. In most cases claims of a product being "defective" more often than not come down to user error. Not following the manufacturers specific instructions is the most common problem we encounter, incorrect cutter setting or dull blades, or attempting to use a product inconsistent with its intended purpose. We strongly suggest that you contact our customer service for assistance before filing for an RMA as our customer support can often identify the nature of the problem without the need to return or exchange items. What if the product I received was shipped to me wrong?
Well, try as we may shipping mistakes do happen sometimes and if your order was shipped incorrectly we will certainly do everything we can to correct the mistake.
