Sometimes a product simply fails to meet your needs or wasn't what you were expecting. Possibly you made an easy mistake in the order process or some important details were missed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will except it back for a website Store Credit within 30 days of your purchase.

Some products have specific return policies associated with them, details will be displayed on the product purchase page.

There are of course there are some conditions to our returns policy and notable exceptions listed below.

  • There are no product returns after 30 days, sorry no acceptations.
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required before returning any item(s) back to us.
  • RMA numbers are issued only once, and are valid for 7-Days after issue date.
  • The product must be returned complete, unused and in it's original packaging.
  • Buyers must pay all return shipping fees. (exceptions noted below)
  • Non-Defective product returns will only qualify for a Store Credit.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable without exception.
  • Machine Cutting Blades, Pens, Markers, Cutting Mats and Ink Cartridges are non-returnable these sales are final.
  • Items returned without an RMA number will be accessed a 20% restocking fee, No exceptions.

The product I am returning is defective, will you refund my order?

Please Note: We only sell Authentic, Professional grade products manufactured for the commercial industry. In most cases claims of a product being "defective" more often than not come down to user error. Not following the manufacturers specific instructions is the most common problem we encounter, incorrect cutter setting or dull blades, or attempting to use a product inconsistent with its intended purpose. We strongly suggest that you contact our customer service for assistance before filing for an RMA as our customer support can often identify the nature of the problem without the need to return or exchange items. However if you still wish to return a product please note the following.

  • You must inform us about product defects within within 7 days of receipt.
  • If you are returning a product because you claim it to be defective we ask that you please allow us 7-business days from the time we receive it to evaluate your claim.
  • Should an item(s) be deemed non-defective, your online account will be credited for the purchase price of the item only.
  • If we conclude that the item(s) is in fact defective we will offer you the option of either a full refund or promptly ship you a replacement item(s).

What if the product I received was shipped to me wrong?

Well, try as we may shipping mistakes do happen sometimes and if your order was shipped incorrectly we will certainly do everything we can to correct the mistake.

  • If the item(s) you ordered were fulfilled incorrectly you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
    We will promptly ship the correct item(s) and issue a return shipping label for the wrong item(s) within 24-hours of notification.
  • The incorrect item(s) must be returned unused in the original packaging and in new condition. Failure to do so may subject your account to charges for the incorrect items.
