This unique line features all-natural birch wood layered with stained, vibrant colored veneers are perfect for laser/rotary engraving, UV-LED printing and toner heat transfer. The Colorshop Woods are an excellent material choice for interior signage or substrates and is perfect for craft and maker space projects.

Lasering Colorshop Woods:

If your laser system has an air assist, we recommend setting it to a low setting when vector cutting as too much air may disperse excess wood residue.

Raster Engraving Recommendations (minor adjustments may be needed to achieve optimal results)

• 75 watt laser | 40% power | 80% speed | 600 DPI
• 60 watt laser | 50% power | 80% speed | 600 DPI
• 40 watt laser | 60% power | 80% speed | 600 DPI

Vector Cutting Recommendations

• 75 watt laser | 70% power | 10% speed | 400 PPI or 1000 frequency
• 60 watt laser | 75% power | 10% speed | 400 PPI or 1000 frequency
• 40 watt laser | 80% power | 10% speed | 400 PPI or 1000 frequency

Please Note: As with any natural wood product, there may be batch color variations. There may also be imperfections in the wood that can affect fabrication processes. Actual milled sheet size is 11-7/8 x 11-7/8"with a 1/16"+- tolerance.
